Focus on “lightness”!
Unsprung weight is directly related to the vehicle's driving performance. In fact, many luxury cars use lightweight aluminum for parts that require strength, such as knuckle arms, to improve the tires' ability to follow the road surface, leading to ride comfort and excellent driving performance. Formula x damper focused on "lightness" and therefore the upper mount, upper seat, lower seat, and also the shell case are all made in "A6061" aluminum. Material that has strength towards hard impact, and excellent heat dissipation. Achieving significant weight reduction.
*The strut type uses steel material to ensure the necessary structural strength.
Full length adjustable type with no change in stroke amount
Bump/rebump stroke amount, preload and vehicle height adjustment can be set separately.
Ensures the necessary bump stroke even the vehicle height is lowered.
Damping force adjustable type allows for detailed settings
Expanded damping force adjustment range and optimized damping force characteristics for each adjustment stage. The damping force is softened for a soft ride during daily driving, and firmer during sports driving, providing excellent steering response and traction performance.
*For strut types, adjustments are made at the bottom of the shock; for other suspension shapes, adjustments are made at the top of the shock. In addition, the single-tube type has 16 steps of adjustment, and the double-tube type has 24 steps of adjustment.
Spring (selectable at first order)
The basic spring rate is set for balancing city riding and winding driving with sports radial tires.
You can change the spring rate according to your desired specifications at no additional charge when placing your first order.

Single-tube type or double-tube type can be selected according to preference
[Single tube type] Excellent heat dissipation, and the strut type is an inverted type to ensure high rigidity.
[Double-tube type] Actively used in racing scenes since the inception of racing gear. Special specifications developed based on that know-how.
*The front of 86/GR86/BRZ and Civic (FK7) is a single-tube/inverted type. For other car models, dual-tube and upright types are also available.
Wide range of adjustments
The upper mount is a pillow ball type that directly conveys the road condition, and front strut type cars use a camber adjustment type (some cars use genuine parts due to their structure), and the bracket part also has an adjustable camber angle. A collar is included to expand the range of camber angle change, and by changing the kingpin angle, it is possible to adjust the amount of camber angle change during steering.
Type D damper
Suspension set especially for drifting purposes. Emphasis is placed on the moment of sliding during driving and controllability from the slide. Mild controllability and damping force adjustment enable a wide range of settings, providing excellent traction performance and ride comfort.

Repair damper available
We provide new shock absorber at reasonable prices.
We can replace the cartridge (shock part only) with a new one. There is no need to return the cartridge you are currently using. You can refresh it to the condition of a new one without waiting for the return of the damper you are using. We recommend replacing both the left and right at the same time.
Suggested retail price: 21,780 yen (tax included) / 1 shock.
