For Minivan/wagon, there are two types: one with an upper mount, and one that uses the genuine upper mount on the top.

Full length adjustable

All series are equipped with full-length adjustable ride height adjustment mechanism. Unlike the thread type, even if the ride height is lowered, the bump stroke isn't sacrificed and the best stroke amount can always be secured. In order to balance the ride height and ride comfort, the full-length adjustment type is the best.

Reinforced rubber bushing upper mount

TYPE-K2 TYPE-SEDAN TYPE-WAGON comes with an upper mount that uses reinforced rubber bushing. It has excellent specifications for quiet performance when driving. It also provides crisp handling that cannot be experienced with stock suspension.
*For some car models, the coil over need to uses genuine suspension upper mount due to structural reasons. We also have some car models that have optional settings. Please check the compatibility table for details.

Adopts high-strength steel and aluminum materials

Steel material that can withstand high stress is used for the shell case/flange. For the strut type, knuckle mounting plate has ribs that increase strength. The surface is plated to provide a beautiful appearance and high rust prevention performance.
In addition, each lock sheet uses aluminum material. Achieves both high strength and light weight.

Dust boots, bump rubber, spring seat included

Comes with a dust boot that effectively suppresses deterioration of the piston rod and oil seal and improves durability. In addition, it suppresses the thrusting feeling during full stroke and reduces the burden of the shock, while assisting in the damping effect of the shock under hard usage conditions.
The spring seat attached directly below the spring smoothes the rotational movement that occurs when the front spring expands and contracts, and also suppresses abnormal noise during steering.

Repair damper available

Cartridge (shock absorber part only) can be replaced with a new one. There is no need to return the cartridge you are currently using. You can refresh your damper to its new condition without having to wait for it to be returned.

1 year 20,000km warranty

In accordance with our company regulations, we will handle any damage such as oil leaks that occur within one year and 20,000 km after purchase.

Lower bracket with camber adjustment function

For front strut vehicles (some exclusions)
A camber adjustment mechanism is used on the strut-type lower bracket.
By inverting the eccentric camber adjustment collar, the camber angle can be changed (up to about 2°).
The changes will be implemented gradually from early August 2024 (running changes).
If you would like to order this, please add "-B" to the end of the part number.
*Adjustment is not possible for some vehicles due to knuckle shape, etc.
*The camber angle is a guideline. Please note that it may differ depending on the vehicle and individual differences.

Coil over suspension for K-car (TYPE-K2)Gives fun and better driving performance around town

Adopts a dual-tube type that can provide supple ride. A 15-step adjustable damping force type and a reasonably priced fixed damping force type are available. Of course, full length adjustment is adopted to ensure the necessary bump stroke even when the vehicle height is lowered.
A reinforced rubber bush is used for the upper mount. (With some exceptions) Ensures the same quietness and comfort as the genuine rubber mounting. The damper structure uses a dual-tube type damper structure that has less friction and makes it easier to maintain a stroke, making it a specification that emphasizes ride comfort on the street.

Coil over suspension for sedan cars (TYPE-SEDAN) Ensures sufficient suspension stroke when lowered

Adopts full length adjustment type for all models. Ensures the necessary bump stroke even at a low vehicle height. The damping force is adjustable in 15 steps, allowing you to set it to suit a variety of situations, from city driving, to winding roads...etc. The upper mount uses a reinforced rubber bushing to ensure the same quietness and comfort as the genuine suspension bushing. A monotube structure is adopted from the heavy body and suspension structure such as double wishbones, and it also provides crisp handling that cannot be experienced with normal suspension.

Coil over suspension for wagon cars (TYPE-WAGON) Designed with emphasis on ride comfort

We offer a model with an upper mount and a model that uses the genuine suspension upper mount to reduce costs. Both use full-length adjustable vehicle height, and use a dual-tube type that has little friction and makes it easy to secure the stroke. It provides responsive handling while ensuring a comfortable ride in town.

adjustable lateral rod

Adjustable lateral rod that adjusts the axle that has moved horizontally due to lowering the vehicle height to the appropriate position. Adopts a turnbuckle type, allowing the length to be adjusted by loosening the lock nut while attached to the vehicle.
To prevent noise, the body and axle mounting parts use reinforced rubber bushings, and the rod body uses high-strength material "S45C."

Camber adjustable pillow upper mount set (optionable parts)

The front camber can be adjusted to improve driving performance and give you a feeling of nimble handling.
If you replace the reinforced bush upper mount installed on the standard STREET RIDE DAMPER with this product and install the stock spring, the adjustment width will be reduced by about 15 mm. Please be careful when setting after installation.

MODEL COMFORT

Newly developed suspension system
Utilizing two different spring characteristics. Main spring and primary spring, two springs with different rates are used together. (For sedans: front and rear, for k-cars: front only)
The combination of the two types of springs was perfected through repeated testing.
By moving the suspension well, we have created a flexible suspension that has excellent road surface tracking. This improves the grip performance on the inside when cornering, leading to improved stability on curves such as on highways.
